Our main suppliers are Dott. Nicola Coniglio and the associated farm Petruzzi Marilisa which produce their fruits and vegetables according to the production protocol GLOBAL-G.A.P. (Certificate n° CMi 039/794/1/08 GGN 4049929276697) (Reg. No. of CB: SATIVA EUR206UP GGN 4049928641441).
In order to ensure adequate social conditions for their employees, both farms obtained the implementation of the GRASP module, a kind of management and control system, whose indicators provide information about the company's ability to effectively implement good social practices. The attention of the GRASP module is focused, in particular, on some key issues, such as workers' representation, legal rights, the presence of written documentation (contracts, pay slips and wage setting, children's rights, working hours) and additional benefits.

They are developed in specific Regional Procedural Guidelines which call for the rational coordinated use of all the production factors. The goal is to minimize the use of technical means that have an impact on the environment or on the consumer’s health. The agricultural crops’ defense from pests is, in fact, guaranteed by the integrated pest management strategy. With this method agronomic and farming, biological and chemical means "are integrated" with the aim of reducing the impact of production on humans and on the environment and achieving quality productions. It is a strategy that endorses the use of natural regulated resources and mechanisms with a partial replacement of chemically-synthesized substances and ensures a sustainable agriculture.

Through an internal system we guarantee an unequivocal traceability of our products. Traceability and correct labeling are powerful instruments to ensure fruits and vegetable safety. The European Union established that it is necessary to record for final consumers all different stages of the supply chain. For this reason our quality control staff not only develops and implements plans for the quality control but even conducts crop monitoring and tracks our products.
